There’s really no wrong way to do a Buddha Bowl right?
This is one of my favorite ways to do a Buddha bowl and the best part is it’s quick and easy.
1 can chickpeas drained rinsed and roasted with cayenne pepper and garlic pepper
1 cup of diced sweet potatoes roasted with rosemary
1 cup cauliflower rice pan cooked with onions
1 cup of mixed greens
1 cup of purple cabbage
1/2 a cucumber sliced
1/2 an avocado diced
1 tomato chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 banana pepper sliced
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1 small green onion chopped
That’s it super simple! Drizzle in a bit of your favorite dressing and enjoy.
So much flavor you’ll want to eat this everyday!
