Maintain Your Glow

Continuing with that comes maintaining our mental health! I’m a huge advocate for Self Care and Wellness. Mental health is always at the forefront of my mind because I realize how it impacts my overall health and wellness. A big part of how we look on the outside comes from we feel on the inside.
Meditation is one of the ways I maintain my inner glow. Finding a quiet place where I can allow myself to just be is the way I clear my mind, refocus, and find peace within the chaos of daily life.
Meditation Tips:
- Understand how meditation can help you and focus relief in that area.
- Meditate your way! You don’t have to sit and meditate. Walking and even running while meditating might be right for you.
- Become aware of your thoughts. Once you’re aware of your thoughts you can begin to reconstruct them.
- Make your breathing a priority this helps you to become more relaxed.
- Get a meditation App! If you’re new to the practice or even if you just wanna try something different there’s an app for that. One of my favorites is the Simply Being app
