Peace everyone! So what is aromatherapy? Aromatherapy is a holistic method of treatment using natural plant extracts to promote of the body as well as mental well being. One of the best ways to do this is by using essential oils. Essential oils are made using flower, herb, and tree parts, such as bark, roots, peels, and petals. The cells that make up the plant give a fragrant smell are known as essence. The essence is extracted and becomes essential oil.
I highly recommend aromatherapy it can change your life, like seriously! Essential oils can provide relief from physical pain and discomfort, fight bacteria and viruses, help you relax, invigorate, help you concentrate, help you sleep, and so much more! The more I learn about the benefits and the wonderful combinations the more I reach for my essential oils.
