Vinyasa yoga is a general term that describes a style of yoga that links movement to breath. This Vinyasa flow includes flow, balance, strength and breathing techniques. It is designed to give some challenge to students, relieve stress and deepen the mind/body connection.
SUNDAYS AT 4PM EASTERN
This class is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. The intention is conscious relaxation and the release of habitual tension. During this restorative class there is no flow. We will be in several postures in the course of an hour holding each for 3-5 minutes. Bolsters, pillows, blankets are suggested.
