This is a light Vinyasa flow that works great for all levels. Incorporates balance poses, core poses, and strength poses for a full body yoga flow.
This flow is meant to Invigorate and energize the body. You will flow in and out of postures following the natural rhythm of your breath. This practice heals, detoxifies and strengthens the entire body. This class is for those who wish to deepen the connection between mind, body and spirit.
